ROSE CLASSIC 🌹

Brooklyn, NY - We all know how basketball is typically played all year round whether it's pre-season, post-season or even off season. 

     When it comes to High School Girls Basketball the most anticipated tournament of the Fall and Spring IS The "ROSE CLASSIC." While all the games are located throughout the public schools of Brooklyn, New York ... teams come from all over the tri-state area to compete in this highly competitive and sought out tournament. 

       Fully Sponsored by Nike Inc. the Rose Classic breeds all kinds of talent that is carried over into High Division I athletes, Division II athletes and Division III athletes. Very physical and poured with elite filled talent, the Rose Classic attracts highly recognized college scouts not just from the East Coast but the West Coast as well. 

       Many would like to describe it as "the jungle" because few teams/players can handle the intensity and fast pace of the game that the tri-state is known for. 

        The Rose Classic is home to High-School Phenoms such as Lauren Mincy who attended Univ. of Maryland, later Drafted to the WNBA and is currently playing over seas, Epiphany Prince 1st Round Draft Pick who currently plays in the WNBA for the New York Liberty, Many more established players and of course I cannot forget MYSELF !!!! 

            Just by being back, brought me back to when I would look forward to waking up early on the weekendes and competing against some of the best talent in the country. I am happy to say THE ROSE CLASSIC IS and WILL continue to be one of the most profound Girls Basketball Tournaments.
